Miller B. Hilliard

President & CEO

Miller is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he studied Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Finance. He is a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge where he and his wife, Kelly, currently reside. Miller is the President of the Louisiana Surety Association, a member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers, as well as an active member in a variety of organizations, including Alpha Strategic Partners, Construction Financial Managers’ Association, American Subcontractors Association, and the Association of General Contractors. Miller prides himself on finding creative solutions for the complex problems that are commonplace in the construction industry.

As President and CEO, Miller is responsible for the overall management and strategic plan for Surety Bond Solutions as we become the premiere surety partner in our market.

Randolph A. Brunson

Executive Chairman & COO

Randy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He started his career in insurance and bonding in 1975. From 1984 to 1989 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest construction oriented insurance agencies in Louisiana. From 1989 to 1995 Randy was President and owner of the largest bond only agency in Louisiana. For five years, Randy served as a Surety Branch Manager for a National Bonding Company earning a Branch of the Year designation before returning to the Agency business in 2000.

As Executive Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Randy assists in forming and guiding our long term strategic plan, and oversees the day-to-day operations to ensure our standard of excellence is met.

Randy is a Surety Producer who understands the underwriting process. He assists new and existing clients to not only understand what information will be needed, but also many of the questions that may be asked by the surety.

Fiona J. Boyd

Vice President

Fiona J. Boyd graduated from Wigston College, Leicestershire, England and moved to the USA in 1984. Fiona entered the surety industry in 1986 as an Assistant to the Bond Manager at a mid-size insurance agency in New Jersey. After moving to Louisiana in 1989, she worked as a Bond Assistant/Underwriter for Randy Brunson.

She continued to work alongside Randy at a national bonding company as a Senior Underwriter for five years and accompanied Randy when he returned to the Agency business. Fiona assists new clients with the bonding set up process, works with existing clients to maintain bonding and also performs accounting duties at Surety Bond Solutions.

Fiona has attended the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) William J. Angell Surety School and successfully completed Levels One and Two, in addition to numerous Surety Seminars and Classes. She is licensed in property & casualty insurance for the State of Louisiana.

Fiona is the Vice President for Surety Bond Solutions and also a Louisiana Civil Law Notary and provides this service to existing clients.

Fiona is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana as well as the Louisiana Notary Association.

Myra Aupied

Account Manager

Myra has been a valued member R. A. Brunson, Inc. since 2001 and works as an Underwriter assisting new and existing clients with their bonding needs. She also manages the Commercial Bond Department which includes miscellaneous type bonds including License/Permit and Notary Bonds.

Myra has attended numerous Surety Seminars and Classes and is licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance for the State of Louisiana, and she is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Louisiana.

Robin Gauthier

Account Manager

Robin is a graduate of Utah Valley University, where she majored in Business Management. Before attending Utah Valley, Robin grew up in Denham Springs, where she currently resides with her husband and 3 children. Robin has experience in the construction industry as a Proposal Coordinator, Account Manager and in business development.

This expertise is extremely valuable as Robin works to assist our clients with their surety program.
